The department of public service and administration has published new proposed legislation that will outlaw public servants from doing business with the state.

And... at my last place of employ we caught an employee with multiple ID books; different names, D.o.B, etc. and he was bust for conflict of interest as he was tendering for services with other companies. Then we handed him over to Dept of Home Affairs.

No penalty or punishment for not adhering to the rules is listed, but the draft document does say that failure to adhere to the rules at any level will lead to disciplinary action.
