Good afternoon, my SIM card was delivered yesterday, purchased online from Rain. Shortly thereafter, email from Rain to say card was activated, and my profile on the website indicates that the card is active. Placed it into my Huawei B315w-936. Connects to wifi, but not the internet. Log into the router, comes up with http://192.168.8.1/html/nocard.html?index and the message "Insert a SIM card and restart your device". I did that but still no joy. Followed the process anyway of setting up by going to "Profile Management" on the router dashboard and and changing to Rain, but still not connecting. Icon top right hand corner of the page = "invalid card or no card".
Yesterday I typed a question for the bot on rain.co.za but was 189 in the queu, could not wait. Emailed, but no response yet.
Any suggestions for what to do next will be gratefully received, thank you.
