New to 3 G

Hi Guys

I am new to 3G/

I need to know what the speeds are for 3G and HSDPA.

If I sign a 24 contract 3G 500MB data bundle Will that also be HSDPA as well
or is that an added service.

How would I know if an area is gprs/edge/3g or HSDPA please

Hi dd1313

When you sign the contract you can choose between the cheaper 3G rates or the HSDPA rates.

Speeds on 3G are up to 384kbps and HSDPA are 1.8mbps.

I'm on HSDPA and average at about 180KB/s when downloading.
