New traffic rules require you to pay an extra R100 when fined

The Administrative Adjudication of Road Traffic Offences (Aarto) Act has introduced a new “infringement penalty levy” of R100 which is payable on every infringement committed.

While this levy is not new – it was contained in the Aarto Act signed into law in August 2019 – it was once again highlighted in the recently published information related to the Aarto regulations.

This is how digitally embedded corruption of the last 30 years look like. You just create a name, a digital click, and its subtracted. This type of a future is not sustainable, its too parasitic and will kill the host eventually, just one example, sometimes the arrogance is so high, not even a name is given, just a no name subtraction with VAT on top of it too, check your local authority accounts. Thats why even if all the corruptees are removed the systems are poisened.
This is how the digital era gets dangerous to the middleclass & poor, this is just a tipical example, its worldwide. Willy Nilly. Red Tape.
This progressive accumalating effect is poorly understood by 99.5% of the world's 7 Billion populations and it will help binding any monetary system, political ideoloy is irrelevant, future becomes stiff and cumbersome, the individual becomes a monetary pump.

What qualifications are required for the position he holds?

Amazing how inconsistent the number formats are. Dashes, decimal point, spaces after R yes and no, cents here but not there. I think that this indicates that this went through numerous hands and some people added their own pet idea to it. Nobody proofread it in the end or looked at it in toto.

A lot of these
Honesty, integrity, intelligence

But yeah way too much to ask of a politician.
A lot of these guys are quite intelligent make no mistake.

It's the first two qualities which are non-existent.
And there's also no concept of tomorrow, it's about what we can have and as much of it as we can have today.
