"Access and Information should be free!" - so I assume you offer free hosting and dial-up? How do I sign up?

If you can find a way in which we can provide free dialup access let me know ASAP, however it is not possible in South Africa, because we have to pay Telkom and no one is allowed to provide Wireless Internet Access except for Telkom and Sentech.

If I remember correctly xoom offered a very slow, free dial-up account along with a compulsory adware program.

There are many free ISPs... just google for free dialup. And the ones I've tried isn't all that slow.

There is currently no free ISP's in South Africa and if there is one we would have known about them by this time because free ISP news spreads like ..... in this country.
