For the past couple of days I've been getting texts notifying me of a contract lapse and upgrades etc. So I went online, submitted my upgrade request. I receive a phone call minutes later, and at the end the lady ends up telling me that I've been moved to a new and improved 3D??? platform that she has no access to, and that someone has to call me from there.

The next day, I get the same text, do the same thing online, and proceed to have the same talk with what seems the same lady.

Am I having a groundhog day? Is she talking nonsense with this new platform?

The new 3D system is Siebel and its a nightmare.

Beware when they do try upgrade you. The new system allows for immediate upgrades i.e. if you upgrade on the 2nd of the month and adjust your package, you will be billed for the new package starting from the 2nd and the old package until the end of the month. make sure you indicate that the upgrade should only be process at the end of the month.

They have not updated their website to use the new system so your bill will appear incorrect and you will get upgrade notifications even after you have upgraded.
