I perceive this program as a great opportunity for a career advancement . I believe that working in New Zealand is a good platform for me to show off my potential. I would like to know how I can apply for this program.
thanks

Don't bother. I've spoken to some teachers who went there and they came back because of being posted in deep rural areas with no support.

you are going to expect to do the work that the locals don't want to do. Every country you can immigrate to does this. Luckily in SA if you are a teacher you are used to working with no support.

Not absolutely correct but there are instances of that happening but also overworked and underpaid comes into play like under john key he loved his cheap labour from india and china
