hey guys got my adsl installed today (after 90020101010 phone calls)

I chose cybersmart as my ISP, but I got a question, today is the 29th does that mean I get a new cap on the 1st of July?

Or does it work from the 29th till the 29th?

ISP's only resell accounts, so asking them wouldn't help because they purchase wholesale from SAIX/IS/UUNET and therefore have to follow their policy. I'm assuming Cybersmart resell SAIX accounts, your cap should be reset on the first of every month so you have a few days left in June to use up your current cap.

plus people are generally more knowledgable than the isp's themselves no disrespect to cybersmart havent had an opportunity to phone them for support yet, their stuff just works..
