500ml buddy replaced by 440ml buddy is common, now some variants offer "extra value" & offer 440ml + 60ml.

Sprite Zero in this case. 440ml bottle vs the "new" 500ml bottle:

Sugar tax ftw... I noticed on the weekend where Burger perfect used to have the four burgers, chips and a 2lt coke, now it's a 1.5lt and you pay R3 more for normal coke.

Saw 2l cokes are R19.99 at Checkers near us, all the Pepsis of all sizes were sold out...
Checkers' Pepsi prices seem to fluctuate like mad. Over the weekend they were R19, yesterday they were R14...

Funny you mention that but the other day I was picking up a Steers burger for my kid and the combo with drink specified a diet soda.

Is it me or they changed the taste again?

I find the taste of Coke horrendous since last week.
It does change, I am trying to determine how and when, using batch numbers off the bottle and correlating that to times of year and where bought.

Happens at Mcdonalds as well, R39 for a big mac meal, unless you get normal coke then it's R40.90 or something.

You can add the ones bought in Mpumalanga (the one I have on my desk just mentions B03 21:45) to the horrible ones!
