What about the loss of commonage in Greenpoint? or the ridiculous park being built, my girlfriend is on the design team for the park and maintenance costs for the park are predicted to be astronomical? Thats without having to divert the mountain stream for the water supply.

The ridiculous park is better than a ridiculous common we have now? or the ridiculous stadium we had.

Maintenance of the park is the responsibility of the operator not the City.
