Since I dislike MTN as well, this gave me a great laugh.

Dear MTN, it took me 5 weeks to get approval for a two year 3g Card contract notwithstanding the fact that I’ve been a customer for more than 15 years.

I truly appreciate this pathetic attempt at customer service.
