Next Telkom Phonebill - Whats it Gonna be?

Ok well our September phonebill was R2300 from R800 in August.I nearly died.
But they fooked up and double charged us for installation and forgot a few other things like to take off 'Closer Internet' seeing we dont need it with dsl.

So this was Septembers : :mad:

I dont understand why they charge you for October when youre still in September? thats why our bill was fuc%ed up! its like a double charge.

as we have an extension to another room???? WHY do people bring that up!!! its R2 :p !!! all i wanna know is if my calculations are ok

if you ever need an extension, do it your self, do the wiring in t ceiling so they can't see it. Telkom techies are not allowed to go into the ceiling (thats what a techie told me), if the techie happens to go into the ceiling, and something gets damaged, he'll be personally responsible, not telkom. Just make sure the wires don't short...

yeah ur calc sounds right...just give them **** and they will refund u. Telkom accounts dept are a decent bunch compared to that of their fault logging and order follow up lines.

remem that indoor extension story a few months back..haha

They charge for services in ADVANCE ... first bill will also include the pro-rata usage since installation.
