Next to no upload speed telkom lte

Man, it was fine a month ago,playing online like a champ and now i can barely connect. Whats up with the lte upload speeds?

I have the same problem - had a technician out twice to do tests. No improvement yet. Download is fine, upload sucks.

I have exactly the same problem and don't even know how to start to sort this out. My upload speed is less than 3mbs suddenly and I need at least 7 to run my office's remote server connection. Where do I go for help??!

If you go to command prompt. type in tracert www.telkom.co.za

a popup box will show up, type in "cmd" (no quotes) and hit enter.
type in tracert telkom.co.za
hit enter
right-click anywhere in the command prompt and click select all
hit enter, this is the same as copying if all is selected.

I tried a second time with firewall turned off and same result. Just got LTE uncapped yesterday and download speeds are fine but upload worries me.
