My ADSL connection stopped working in August 2017. Since then I have reported the same fault 3 times and each time the report is just closed without anyone verifying that the service is restored or even contacting me.
The fault references are 872CRK100817, 491CRK290817 and 410CRK201017.
Telkom leaves me no choice but to cancel the services and rely on more expensive mobile data. At the moment I am being forced to use mobile data on top of paying Telkom monthly for a service they can't deliver on.
I have just called 10210 again and they cut me off after saying they could not take my dispute or do anything because their systems were down.
