No bail for Mpumalanga farmers charged with murder, violating a corpse

So, wtf, the brain cannot be identified as a brain and no bodies have been found so far but bail is denied. Because only bit of blood been found linked to the missing. Another example of selective and malicious prosecution. No mention of actual witnesses?? (If there are reasonable grounds yes go ahead.) But everyone jumps on the bandwagon to persecute... cnuts the lot of them. Starting to sound like the Israeli/hamas situation.
It's not unusual for bail to be denied if it is a serious situation. Which this seems to be. Yes, law is not applied equally , but it is within the right of the court to deny bail until investigations are complete. The problem is the slow process and often incompetent system.

I dunno, I'm English, I served my 2 years, forced to become a Drill & Musketry Instructor (Corporal)
Gave Basics.
They begged me to sign up for short term (PF).
I refused.
During camps I was promoted to Sergeant.
I wasn't left with a quivering twitch by the Afrikaners...

You are selectively finding an injustice for these murder accused, what makes them special to all the other alleged murderers we always read about?

Usually such stories are met with outright condemnation or indifference, it is certainly not a norm to see someone taking a side of people accused of murder, regardless of the circumstances, that's what makes it intriguing, are they your family or friends?
hypocrite. when the opportunity arose for you to show these scruples you gloated. Go take a long walk off a short pier.

for the record, they need to bring back the death penalty for these sorts of crimes.

Ek was a korporaal, "Dit was die Nasionale Party en die NG Kerk, I did not have a father, and lost my mother during that time, they did not give a sheet.
since then whenever I hear Afrikaans i shiver inside. as they were oppressive to the whites forcing conscription and even more to the blacks . They were like Nazi's at the end of the day.

Replace Mufasa with Afrikaans:

Let me get this story straight.

5 armed black men broke in / onto a farmer's property in the dark.
They attacked the farmers and 3 ran away when 2 were wounded / killed.

Sounds an awful lot like an attempted farm murder gone wrong for the attackers.

Now it's the farmers who were attacked that are facing charges for shooting at armed burglars / murderers.

Yes, but had the farmers shot back and killed a few, fair enough.

But the two bodies disappeared and then there was a brain in a bag, or something.

Usually when you shoot an I truder you call the cops.

How long does it usually take to have that bail hearing?

How can they not know pretty much the same day whether or not that brain is human?

Finding out whether or not something is human is a very quick test. Don't even need complex machinery. Simple antibody test.

No, it seems the more likely scenario in the country of South Africa compared to the news' story of "5 good lads went goodwill-hunting one early evening and 2 evil farmers set upon them and dragged them behind their bakkie before ripping their heads off placing their brains on a spike".

Doubt they care about the brain. Someone I know was in jail for 3 months before they said he can go as everything turned out to be hogwash.

So the answer is, as long as they want.
