No calls on ADSL telephone line

Hi guys...

I am getting a message that the number you dialed is temporarily unavailable whenever I try to phone. On every number I dial! Account is paid and my Internet is fine...

Anybody experiencing the same?

I had that once before on my ISDN line. That was caused due to a faulty NT unit from telkom. Swapped the NT2a out for another one and the problem was solved[] Filter issue maybe?

Actually it lasted for about 5 minutes and then all was fine again...
