wow thats an early post  I'm still awake, i dunno which is scarier. I like this article its like history lesson with no ilusions of future relief. Ivy's comment is scarier me thinks.

A really poignant report encompassing the last few years.
That is a very refreshing piece of journalism from Robyn Chalmers.

It's almost good enough to be a script for an underdog movie of some type. I just wish I knew the ending! In most of them the good guy always wins in the end, if only...

:p

Neotel is useless. We already left them 3 messages asking for 2Meg diginet type pricing with no reply at all!

As useless as Telkom, maybe even worse

I would hazard a guess that the guys over at Neotel are completely up to their eyes in requests for services. Just a guess tho........

And they did not anticipate this?? What a joke, you plan for 5 years and then you can not handle the load.

Same happened with Virgin when they launched here.. TalkTalk in the UK.. you name it. They haven't actually been planning for five years, four years ago they were to be licenced and things only started coming together in the past year or so.

bluefox8080 is quite rightly disappointed, these chaps should've hit the ground running, however lets give them the benefit of the doubt for now and look at it as a wake up call for them. After all, the monumental stuff up of getting them going was not all their own doing, not by a long shot.

Telkom has had many wake up calls in the past, plenty , gazillion million billions (ok exaggeration but you get the idea) yet they have opted to hit the snooze button every single time.
Lets hope Neotel wakes up, accepts the challenge and responds positively to its customers needs.
