No Grey box on boundary wall... Does this mean I can't get Fibre even tho the cables are laid?...

Nope. Should have your own.
Depends on complex rules. Don't have enough info.

Hi... So the block of flats on either side of my small privately owned complex have the boxes... Not my complex.. When and who made that decision?

They are Fibre boxes cos I did see them lay cables.. Why would my complex not have the box.. And can that be rectified?

Yes you can and probably will share the neighbors box. It's multi-strand fiber coming in to the box and it's not at all like you're sharing bandwidth with your neighbor.
I'm sharing a fiber box on the outside of my property with my neighbor with dedicated fiber strands coming in to my property from the shared box.

The FNO will know exactly how to pull the cable so to speak. When you apply for fiber the ISP will liase with the FNO

In a complex its easy to get messed-over.

I had a friend who went without ADSL for 6 years in a complex he bought a new place in because most members of the Body Corporate were stuck-up fogeys who thought Telkom is the evil ANC company and banned them from putting distribution boxes inside the complex for people wanting a Telkom line, so no one could get a Telkom line and thus no ADSL in those days.

Finally he got LTE but had to wait a long time for it.

Also.. When I "check for Fibre" at afrihost it says it's available.. So that's OK then... Not having a box made me wonder...
