No IG or IGF ignition to ECM/Ignition Signal

Hi Guys

Need some help, I jumped terminals on my Corolla 4AFE and picking up code 14 error. I've changed my distributor and resetted ecu and two days later the error comes up again. Where can I look to solve this.
