I am yet to see a Neotel vehicle driving around, I'm sure the government has prevented them from buying vehicles as well. Or maybe the new credit act has...
I am also yet to see a mybroadband user who was selected for the Neotel trial give us any details on what the service is like atm.
I fail to see how they are still unable to provide us with any offerings, even if the release date is only in a few months, give us offerings so long so we can see if we are interested and apply so long if necessary. Neotel might be scared of scaring away the 10% who were going to go to them, but they need to realise that by staying mum they are losing people even faster. Lots of people need to give a few months notice to their ISPs before they will even consider moving. Neotel are continuing to bleed customer months.
