I CAN deal with it. You just don't like the way I deal with it.
Can you not see that defense of anything you regard as black but any means including irrelevant deflection actually reduces your standing (such as it is) on this forum to phukwit, when could do so much better.
Would be sad if it wasn't so funny.
(actually that last remark is unfair, a bit like clubbing baby seals but i'm going to borrow from you and leave it there)
I really don't have to deal with your tantrums, kindly F off.

Pretoria – The Department of Public Service and Administration has clarified that official residences, where Cabinet ministers and their deputies reside are exempt from the bouts of load shedding effected by struggling power utility Eskom.

“Remember, just like the president’s residence is a national key point, those residences, because of the fact that they host members of the executive, they also become national key points.

“The risk of load shedding for those properties is eliminated,” departmental spokesperson Moses Mushi told Newzroom Afrika.

“Ministers, at their private residences still get load shedding. Security around our executives needs to always be protected.”

Mushi also said Cabinet ministers and their deputies do not pay for utilities like water and electricity while living at the official residences.

That wasn't at the official residence of the President, was it?
Okay, you're probably correct, however there is a thought I have:
he has so much money (Google $550m usd) that the odd $4m (zar +-R60m) is just not that important to secure.
Oh well, some guys have all the luck.

How do you loadshed an entire neighborhood except that 1 house. Unless they are actually living in specific neighborhoods that never get load shedding. But then it follows that it's not just the ministers excluded but all their neighbors too. Afaik the ANC was recently bitching and moaning about municipalities keeping the lights on in some neighborhoods that are supposed to be load shedded. Whole thing smells off.
It would have to be specific neighbourhoods. Same with the Embassies. Probably why @cavedog doesn't get blackouts. Lives close to an Embassy or minister imho.
