I just phoned 808 to try and change my 100Mb bundle for the new 500Mb bundle as per the mtn website : http://www.mtn.co.za/?pid=248769
the girly on the 808 helpdesk didn't know about it , nor could she find on her services list .
eventually I gave up.
So now what , when will 808 know about this and be able to help me.
I can also not ghange or update services via mtn-active as the website says my account is not in a legal state.... now what does that mean ? everything is fully paid up everymonth..
