I think MTN is screwing me up here, I migrated my Contract to Prepaid (did not renew contract) which happened yesterday. Suddenly I could not connect on LTE even though I was connecting on LTE all along prior to migration and I remained in an LTE coverage area. I have trying to contact MTN since then. Dialling 173/ 1555 I discovered that there is no option to speak to an operator (Client Agents). I also contacted MTN via Twitter (DM'd) - but No response. I have also sent an email 173 @ MTN but again no response. I obviously can no-longer access 808 since I'm now on Prepaid.
Is there any other way I can speak to MTN and report this?
