I've all ready contacted the Cell C rep about this but I want to get a second opinion.
I have two Sim cards. One I RICA'd a while back and I have the prepaid 2 GB p/m deal for R1299 on it. The other day I swapped it out for the new sim that I RICA'd which is the Giga 200 sim which I bought at Dion Wired. I've been using it for the last few days, but I noticed that I didn't get a number or password sent to me after I put it in and fired up the Cell C connection manager. This is very much unlike my other sim, where I got a number and password.
The Cell C rep says I have to get Cell C to check the number for me -- I assume by bringing it to a Cell C store. Any one have this issue?
