And then "legal heavyweight Dali Mpofu" can sue her for payment later.
Glad it's going to cost this POS more.

Dali Mpofu can't be too clever accepting this either.
I am sure lawyers are bright enough to ensure they get their money, they know who they are dealing with.

She previously thought the was immune for being Zuma's side hoe, hence the dismissive petrol money statement.

Oh I know, I'm just taking a swipe at her. I've said it before - probalby in this thread: her petrol money comment has nothing to do with petrol money. It's a message: "f-u - you can't touch me"

I guess we'll see.

Dali Mpofu can't be too clever accepting this either.

The lawyers always win.

Still twisting and wriggling:
Outa and Saapa argued that Myeni, during the trial, had tried to hide her Centlec position and the remuneration she earned from it.

She claimed under oath that she was “unemployed” and did not earn any income, they added.

Yet, under cross-examination, Myeni downplayed the remuneration that she received from Centlec, claiming it was “very minimal”, Outa and Saapa said.

They argued that the court should dismiss Myeni’s appeal as it had no merit, and her prospects of appeal were “extraordinarily weak”.

Myeni should pay the costs of both the leave to appeal and the enforcement applications, including the fees of three counsel, Outa and Saapa added.

The court was justified in awarding punitive costs because of Myeni’s evasiveness about Centlec and her resurrection of grounds for appeal that the judge had decided upon, they added.

Ducked, dodged and dived when asked about her income through directorships, finally saying it was an insignificant sum during her court case.
Now in the appeal they are critical to her very existence

A tangled web we weave.

Thieving, lying pieces of shite. Yet the dumb masses will continue voting for them or whom they represent. No way back from this, too many stupid, pliable Muppets.

Reading from the same script as Lungisa, he has also been apologising and retracting all over the place.

It's not illegal, but it is highly suspicious...
That's the hmmmm part of my post...

Given who she is I would say it's beyond highly suspicious. I would be almost sure the source of the cash is not legitimate.

A lot of Zuma camp money is kept in cash in the houses, including Nkandla where Madonsela was denied access to the basement.

Dudu's main form of currency is between her legs...

So you're claiming that Dudu very likely paid Outa in cash from the proceeds of criminal activity?

No, I'm claiming she paid from unbanked cash savings. That doesn't necessarily make it proceeds of crime.
