It was a very weak case, unlike the others it went to court and evidence was given, exposing just what a weak case it was.

It's slightly hypocritical to want to pick and choose the cases where we want to believe that the judiciary acted in an unbiased manner and discard the others as part of some conspiracy. I think you get a little too emotional when it comes to anything to do with Zuma or Dali Mpofu, it normally leads to an impaired judgement.

I don't think the SCA will grant her access and the same with the Con Court. What these muppets keep forgetting is that the Con Court is not just another appeal court or a higher court, unless she can show a constitutional issue the Con Court will tell her to sod off.
