From the above :

“The judge erred in finding that the manner in which Myeni presented her case is a contributing factor that supports a finding on exceptional circumstances and she put an incomplete version to the court,” Mpofu said.
LOLWHUT? You had time to prepare for the court, if you supplied incomplete evidence etc, then tough for you.

He also said Judge Tolmay erred in finding that no irreparable harm would accrue on Myeni saying the declaration of the delinquent director for life constituted a prima facie violation of Myeni’s (rights) as enshrined in section 22 of the Constitution which provides that “every citizen has the right to choose their trade, occupation and profession freely”.
And what of those people who lost their jobs as a result of her actions? What about the country having to pay for her mistakes?

So I must pay for the mistakes of others, and they come off scot-free? Bugger that. Let them pay for their own mistakes out of their own nasty pocketses.

obliged?
these people are obliged to wear orange uniforms and not see daylight,

but yet here they are , walking around freely causing chaos still in charge of companies.
because they have the right connections and hid their illegal things well enough to not get caught.

That happens all over the world. SA isn't unique in that regard. The difference in SA is that it is institutionalised.

Ha-ha, that's hilarious! So by that logic axe-murderers can become neurosurgeons, and fraudsters can become accountants, and paedophiles can become schoolteachers...

“It is therefore common cause before us that the application for leave to appeal to the SCA was not filed timeously in terms of the one-month period for application for leave to appeal to the SCA,” the three judges wrote.

A pity that the judges do not know the meaning of, or where to use, the phrase "common cause".

Good for the judges to refuse to set a precedent which could have devastating consequences.

Now if only the rest of the corrupt cronies can also be sorted out...
Cudos to Outa and Saapa for starting this fight-back against The Corrupted Republic of Jacob.

Myeni should consider a ride-sharing with that other loser of court cases our public state protector, so they can share petrol money..

?

Common cause = what is agreed
A legal term & I stand corrected.
Thanks.
I have always seen it in another context.
Common cause = cooperate, collude.
Zuma and the Guptas made common cause in plundering South Africa.

With costs.

But she has no money for petrol.
Gotta spend those ill-gotten gains and Bosasa cash. Being a lawyer for the Zuma camp is going to remain lucrative.
Now for the non-payment of Outa's costs and the resulting attachment of assets...
