Think we can expect the same tomorrow as well... Poweralert shows higher demands for tomorrow from 6pm onwards, than today actually...

winter time is cold.. with the cold people will start switching those heaters on.. (it's just a fact)

now eskom says to the people.. to switch off any lights and devices that doesn't need to be on (to conserve power)


Problem is.. most al cheapo heaters that cost R150-R300 or even the R2000 heaters all draw 1200watt to 2800watt. Depending on the brand. Equal to 12 or 28x 100Watt Lights.

"Electricity supply cannot meet the demand. Please help to avoid more load shedding. Please continue to keep off everything, except the TV and one room light."
