Hawks say no politicians being investigated over Eskom corruption

The South African Police Service's Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation — the Hawks — has yet to begin investigating former Eskom CEO André de Ruyter's allegation that senior politicians are involved in corruption at the state-owned power utility.

This is according to Hawks head Godfrey Lebeya (pictured), who was responding to a question from Democratic Alliance MP and Scopa member Robert Alfred Lees.

And this is exactly why AdR went outside of establishment channels to investigate the ANC's corruption..

We once had Scorpions who were feared and effective, but then the crimbo leaders replaced them with the chicken (sq)hawks.

Corruption is only a crime in a western paradigm mos..

No investigation because there are none implicated in his report so what and why did he say in his tv interview

Jinne watching Gordhan running his mouth with his stupid comments really makes me wish that someone give him a PK.

Hawks (should be Chickens), Shamila Batohi (why so silent?), SAPS, SIU, Legal System... The only good politician is a dead one.

WHY NOT ? Aren't they accountable for all the lost Billions ?

And if any ANC mafia cartel member gets to court, an over-night, terminal illness will get them out.
