As the title states, I currently have no products linked to my profile.
It just so happens that I had to switch from using the 8ta URL to the new https://apps.telkom.co.za/access-manager/protected/view/mytelkom URL. I don't know if this has anything to do with it.
Is there anyone else having this problem?
