I have contacted Telkom several times about this issue. They ignore it.
The one lady I spoke to for 20 minutes on the telephone assured me that "No network provider can provide signal in the mall" ..... ??? bwahaha
The problem is not just in the mall though. If you stand outside, you have to wait 60 seconds for a message to get sent, even with it saying HSPA+ signal, with full bars signal.
When I download a file, eg 200MB, None of my Whatsapp messages get sent, until the file is finished downloading.
When you stand outside or inside the Telkom Mobile shop in the mall, the phone says "No Service, Selected Network Unavailable" and "Emergency Calls Only"
