nodes... or whatever

i think ive figured out my problem, when using MySignal (proasms proggie) ive noticed that when my sentech is working fine i connect to Tower 60 nb2, but when it disconnects and reconnects im on Tower60 nb3, are these nodes? or what? basically if they are then node 3 or whatever is giving kuk?? and it swaps to that node and i disconnect, or whatever..

is this possible?

Basically whats happening with you seems the same problem I'm having is that the Node that you are connected to resets on the odd occasion for some reason.
A Node takes approx 5 minutes to recycle during a reset.
MySignal will now disconnect, then rescan the Tower and pickup one of the other Nodes, check the % signal, see its good enough and log you on.

ok well its annoying that i use to stay connected for days on end until i felt like disconnecting, now i cant stay up longer then 3 hours per connection, and its +-3 hours everytime this happens, so basically node 2 on Tower 60 in woodmead is screwed... are they gonna fix it?

spot on proasm, takes about 5 mins, then i turn modem on and off, and i get nb (node) 2 again.. perfect connection for the next 3 hours...

but this started happening ever since that "radio link upgrade", but this node 2 seems weird.. i donno...

Not sure if this is a coincidence but where are you as I'm having this problem on Tower 60 (Durban North) - NodeB2.

Ok I see you are on the Woodmead Tower and I have just been informed that the problem at Woodmead will be attended to this afternoon.
