What do you guys think of this?

A friend of mine working at MTN Connect Store showed me that the E90 is replacing the 9300i / 9500 this year June/July.

Good news for people upgrading then.

very nice phone, but don't have tv! LOL :p

TV??? Please man. Not TV on a phone. It's such a waste. I've tried it, test it and I'm not impressed at all. R10 per month and 20c per MB. Whatching a game of cricket can cost you anything between R200 and R500 depending of the lenght of the game and the quality of the streaming.

Nah, not for me. Not untill they have a phone with a decent TV Tuner where you can watch TV without using data.

Nice replacement for the other cells, but what are ppl looking for in phones today?

Video confrence and there for cameras aswell + Organizers which E90 has, Music player with a big memory bank. and a good e-mail capability.
ok and tv but only has an extra over and above not just.
Give me a phone that can do all that, Ill pay R4500 for that

(and i dont know where u ppl get your states from vodacom, last i check it is R69 pm for tv)

YOu are never gonna get the E90 for 4500 :eek:

the vodacom 69 bucks is only for an hour or so of TV time.

have you seen the quality of tv on the samsung P910?

the phones real cheap and is also 3g.

24hours a day at R100 per month with NO hidden costs I'll use it. But if you have to pay for the amount of data you use while streaming I'm not interested.

I totally agree with you. The N95 is a excellent phone. Think about it this way:

Entry level GPS with colour screen = R3000
5MP camera = R1000
Apple Ipod Nano (2GB) = R1500
Gaming Console = R1500
Video Camera = R2000
HSDPA Cata Card = R2000
Cellphone = R1000
Video Player = R1000
Organiser = R1000

Did I miss anything? Add that all up and you get 1 device wort over R14000 for half the price.

Anyone not thinking clearly about this, well, just isn't thinking clearly.:D :D

I do lots of research before I get a new phone. I don't just go into a MTN store and upgrade with any phone they say I can get on a contract.

I also don't take a new phone because someone say it's good. I've seen lots and lots of reviews of the N95. I've been on forums where N95 owners discuss their N95's. The positive and negative.

There is only thing about the N95 that I think is not good and that is the battery life. But on the other hand, if the battery lasts a whole day, then why should it be a problem. I don't use it while I'm sleeping.

I charge my N80 every second night. Sometimes every third night. My i-Mate Jasjar needs a charge every night if I use it very often.

Motorola vs Nokia, no comparison, no competition, motorola no go. Nokia leaders in cellphone technology.

The E90 a brilliant phone,I think my wife can get the N95 and I'll wait for the E90. Differents is the E90 don't have the Carl Zeiss lens and the 160mb internal memory,nor TV out but these I can do without.My own little mini laptop/notebook.

Even if the Motorola has the same functions, maybe even better camera and more memory, I won't take it. I had motorola before. Never again.

E90 is a World Class phone. All I need is a E90 and a N95 in my home and my home will be complete.
