Nokia Lumia 920, No service

Hi guys

I recently upgraded and got the Nokia Lumia 920. When I collected the phone on Wednesday ( 2013-04-10 ) they gave me the microsim for the phone and said that within 24 hours my current sim card will become inactive and then my micro sim will be activated. It has been more than 48 hours and my micro sim is still inactive. I'm still using my old phone with the normal sim. Is there something on my side that should've been done or is the problem only on my service provider's side?

Phone your network provider. They gave me the 48 hour story but it was done by the time I got home from the shops (cellc).

I'm going to take a wild guess and say you're with Nashua Mobile? Every single time I got a new SIM from them I had to phone them at least once, if not more to have it activated.
