Nokia ovi music unlimited on IS ADSL

First post here goes.... please be nice

I have a Nokia ovi music unlimited account, the thing fresh was advertising on tv. Worked great for me for 3months, and then Nokia updated the software and I could no longer use the service.

Many emails and 3months later, I have disabled firewalls, anti-virus still didnt work but Nokia 100% positive its software issue on my laptop. So I go and buy a new pc, fresh install only software installed is the Nokia and still, it wont work

Then yesterday I go buy a MiFi, cell C simcard and try connecting that way, and bingo problem solved downloads work immediately, except I cant afford to rape the Nokia store on a 3G solution, which is what I had intended to do.

Problem must be IS, either router on myside or a setting there side. Spent the morning on the phone with them as I have a business router from them with fixed IP so I cannot access to router myself. They say all ports open, no restrictions, shaping etc. maybe its MTU (whatever that is) but cant help... What can I do to try solve this?
