it does not, given the vaccines do no prevent spread there is no difference in the spreading between vaxxed or unvaxxed

hence: whether you do it or not, it is your choice and it affects nobody else

Yes it does. The unvaxxed may take up a hospital bed for a vaxxed road accident victim. No vaccine prevents spread from vaccinated people. It prevents them getting severely ill from the disease. Learn how vaccines work and stop with this argument that gets rehashed every few pages.

Denmark has lifted all Covid restrictions as 80% of the country is vaxxed. So your refusal is affecting the economy opening up.

And I leave you with this regarding hospital beds being taken up:

It's actually very difficult to achieve toxicity levels... and very easy to test your levels. If you have the money then do not fly blind.

I've heard of plenty people using back channels to get the ultra-high dose stuff that you can't get over the counter. Even on this forum.

But yeah, with "normal strength" tablets from clicks and following the directions on the bottle you'll be fine.

You're realise you’re discussing a guy that thinks dosing up on sheep dewormer is a good idea?

Well, that's dumb. Life Extension Foundation did a survey and I believe that they had many people not reaching sufficient levels even on 10,000IU.

I would add that many years ago I experimented with 30,000IU of D3 per day, dosed with sufficient K2, over a period of 1 to 2 weeks. I had 4 cysts on my body dissolve that I had been told to have cut out.

They must be doing something wrong in Israel. Do other countries with high vaccination rates show the same trends?

No, this is the usual argument by those who have no knowledge of statistical probability pointing out outliers as the median.

What other effects were there?

Not a very good source. They analyzed vitamin D test results in members who purchased vitamin D supplements (most of them 1,000IU), but had no way of knowing how often they were actually taken.

Also, north America does not get nearly as much sunshine as SA.

Nevertheless very interesting. Actually makes me want to get tested.

Lower back pain disappeared but came back when I stopped the high dose. I have not had a chance to get tested and dig deeper.

Did you get tested before? If so, which is the cheapest place to do so?

Some other issues that prevent your D level from rising on supplements are: magnesium status, mitochondrial dehydration, and high EMF levels which cause a compensatory lowering of D to oppose the excess calcium.

Anybody who gets tested must find a doctor that tests D & calcium. If they are not checking calcium they are not worth paying.

What is a lot and how much should you take?

I believe a level of 50 is normal for Vitamin D but I don't know what my level is so it helps nothing... Been meaning to get my levels tested to see where I'm at. Haven't been following a schedule but do give it a break now and then. Must get the test done and a few others while I'm at it, but means I have to get up early and not eat in the morning so been putting it off.....

That's nuts, think I'm must definitely get my D levels tested then.

What were your levels and what are they now? Do you still take Vitamin D?
