And yes; free speech is absolute except for those scenarios -- the most important test of free speech is the ability to insult / offend anyone at any time (incl. government). SA fails that test; hence SA has no free speech.

How about answering my other question, do you think you should have the right to be intentionally deceitful about Covid infections and government measures during a pandemic. I agree with you about having the right to insult people but that was in issue before the Pandemic.

Science has never been a matter of consensus or popularity competitions... skepticism is part and parcel of the scientific method, and to label anyone as a denier or anti-science is just more evidence of politics not science.

However because its such a rocky road; i.e. who gets to declare what is deceitful... this should never be taken lightly, and it should never be a power that any government official or politician can wield. The onus should be on the person who thinks its deceitful to prove that in a court of law, and until a judgement is made; nobody should be arrested, otherwise that just leaves the pathway open for its abuse.

Seeing you want so many freedoms to be accessible, why don't you organise a braai for some the residents of your local squatter camp around your pool in your walled garden and provide a sleepover and chat about freedoms? Do you know that the US changed the definition of what is listed as cause of death just for Covid-19?

For instance in just one example, in the past Covid deaths would have been 9,000, now they are 161,000!

They are listing gun shot wounds and car accidents now as Covid-19 deaths. Wonder why they would do that.....

It's in the documentary Covidland, where doctors and nurses talk about the madness that is being handed down from on high with regards to when Covid is listed as cause of death and how they treat patients.
