It's you who wanted to die on Hand Washing Hill, not me. You said not washing your hands was a freedom, not me.
Read my previous post on the fat guy washing his hands at the grocery store, and then try to convince me it makes a difference.

Mmmhh I'm gobsmacked that you think e.g. some fat dude washing his hands at a grocery store is somehow equivalent to a surgeon going into surgery, or even the same as kitchen staff who prepare food for public consumption.

It is. The hand washing hygiene protocols are the same for food handlers and surgeons. You didn't know that, did you?

You do also understand that e.g. gloves used in the food industry are known to be problematic; because unless they're changed very very very frequently they can be the source of cross contamination; it's why many in the meat trade do not wear gloves. The same applies to smearing alcohol based lotion on some fat dudes hands... where are the hand police to follow the fat dude around as he scratches his arse and balls, then his face, and finally man handles the steak, just before you buy it.

One of the biggest known vectors for COVID and flu infection is touching your face; i.e. from the fat guy's arse to the steak in the store, from the steak to your hands and from your hands to your face when you scratch your itchy nose.

The gloves and hygiene protocols aren't the problem. The attitude of the staff and their non compliance are the problem. Don't blame the protocol because the worker doesn't adhere to it and the boss doesn't enforce it.

And if there weren't restrictions in place during a disease pandemic and hospitals were overrun, you would be the first to blame "them" for not putting restrictions in place to prevent hospitals from being overrun - worldwide.
And who is to blame other than "them" for :
Lack of forsight
Lack of preparedness
Lack of funding for health care
Mismanagement
Staff cuts
Budget cuts
Hospital closures
Political appointees to positions of power in medical facilities
All these factors and probabily more that led up to this ridiculous situation -worldwide

Penny pinching governments have been screwing up the health care systems globally for at least a decade prior to this, and with ever increasing populations , reduction in health care was inevitably going to have disasterous effects.
Restrictions were put in pace to save their political asses from the inevitable fallout of years of stupidity, coupled with the "the onus is on you to save the health care system" mantra, as if it peoples responsibility to not get sick instead of governments responsibilty to provide decent proper health care with the taxes we all pay.

So blaming "them" as you put is more than justifiable for the rank madness engulfing society today.

Whew... you know nothing about me... yet you think you're qualified to pick and choose who gets to be a skeptic. Don't be such a moron; that the type of BS that tells me you're not talking about science, you're talking about the politics; because real science welcomes all skepticism, whereas politics attacks, belittles and tries to cancel skeptics; irrespective of their qualifications.

Sure, that's why you see flat earth speakers at every cosmology expo.

Nope... but that's a perfect example that SA doesn't have free speech.
And everything folks need to know about you.

Quite refreshing to have such an openly contrarian bigot on the forum, really, but tell me tough guy... You wear a mask when you go shopping at Pick n Pay like the rest of us conformists?

Just trying to see if you walk the talk, is'all.

...but the ANC did effect an actual muzzle in the legal sense. By that measure whatever they deem to be deceitful on this forum re COVID could result in a fine or imprisonment or both.

Unless, of course, you, completely medically and scientifically unqualified and with no credibility, can prove them wrong in a court of law...

Are you really asking me if I go around trying to be arrested?
Who but a moron would want to spend their time in a prison cell of a corrupt government, and then have to go through the added expense of a trial + lawyer, with a crap constitution that doesn't protect my liberties in that regard.

Maybe next time avoid the dumb and obvious question, by acknowledging the reality of SA.
Ps. If I was however in America; I most certainly would.

So you're medically and scientifically qualified to discuss vaccines?

Of course, In a documentary made by the same guy who claimed that Sandy Hook was a hoax, do you have another source for those claims?

Not my problem if you don't want to watch it. Alex is the narrator only he didn't write it.

Oh, you answered my question just fine, thanks.

This you?

Liberty is something I take lightly... a government that infringes on my or anyones liberty is a government against which I will rebel, even if that means war.

Exactly. They are skeptics.
I'm not the one trying to cancel them... flat earthers can do what they like... it still doesn't mean that the cosmos was agreed by consensus or that it would ever be ok to try to cancel flat earthers for disagreeing.
