Noob question … [skills]

I have been reading up on http://gw.gamewikis.org/ to perfect my spike w/mo.
One of the skills I am looking at is Axe Rake on the website it specifies that is a Core skill. I only have factions and cant seem to find this skill ?

Any ways this is my build for a good w/mo spike what do you guys think?

Battle Rage
Dismember
Axe Rake
Executioner's Strike
Shields Up!
Healing Signet
Mending

Any suggestion would be helpful

Builds

Go to http://gw.gamewikis.org there are really good builds. First rule Mending is really stupid rather take healing breeze. An Everciate "Something like that" which stikes for damage an Deals Deep wound at the same time.Otherwise the best part is finding out what build works for you the Best!

Not really the right thread for this I guess, but Im gonna ask anyway

Why does my skills suddenly cost 1k to buy? I suspect it might have something to do with the fact that I have completed the 'closer to the stars' mission, but I am not 100% sure.

Each time you buy a skill or a capture signet, it costs a bit more than the previous one, up to a maximum of 1K each. In factions, where most skills have to be bought, one hits the 1K limit pretty quickly. The missions you have completed has not effect on this.

I have checked, and Axe Rake is a core skill, since it can be bought from the skill trader in guild halls, which only sells core skills. Unfortunately, I have it unlocked on my account, so I can buy it anywhere, which means I cannot check for you where it can be bought in Factions.

You can buy Axe Rake from the Skills trainer in Kaineng Center.

edit: You can also buy it from Skills trainers in Shing Jea Monastery and Seitung Harbor.
