Not all data showing on balance enquiry?

I signed up to a Straight Up 200 for the S4 which comes with 200min voice, 200 SMS and 1GB data (normally only 200mb). When I do a balance check, it shows the 200mb is depleting per my usage but there is no sign of the additional 800mb.

I asked my contact at Nashua Mobile and she confirmed this is the case and the extra 800mb does not reflect in a balance enquiry, but data will deplete off it before I am charged for OOB data...

Anyone else? Sounds dodgy!

I suggest to get it clarified if your extra 800MB counts as a bundle, so your OOB is 15c/MB or standard 99c/MB. If later, you would need to load R7.50 bundle every month to be charged OOB flat rate 15c/MB.

Have a work contract with Nashua as well, not by choice.

What a bunch of con artists. The R399 iPhone deal turns to 500 rand with them adding all sorts of charges extra

My cellc store said the extra data on the special only starts when the previous contract duration ends, so you only get the extra data for 24 months. Did you upgrade, or is it a new contract?

Ported from Vodacom. So it's a new contract.
