Not all YouTube Originals available to Premium users in South Africa

Google launched YouTube Premium in South Africa on 12 March, offering subscribers the service for R71.99 per month, or a family plan for R109.99 per month.

This is significantly cheaper than in the US, where YouTube Premium is $11.99 (R170) per month.

Possibly some technicality around YouTube being considered "social media" vs Netflix as plain streaming. Or maybe because Netflix has age specific profiles?

Yeah, Youtube seems much less sticky than other platforms about this. I've noticed that you can even rent movies over YouTube if you use a US VPN. Unlike Netflix or Amazon which block VPNs.
