Not capped?

I have just obtained ADSL service, and I have been downloading it for a few days now, and I am still not capped even though I know I have exceeded the 3GB limit.
Does it take Telkom a few days to update their databases and cap me or what?
Is there a range of IP addresses that are capped?

there is an IP range for capped folk

what happens is (and what you can do as well) is telkom updates their databases once a day, so if you disconnect before they disconnect you, and reconnect, your IP range should stay in the "uncapped" region, and you have another 24 hours to download to your hearts content, either that or you're just lucky []
