Not Enjoying Internet anymore[MWEB LETTER]

So im one of those who got a letter from mweb, After getting it I dont seems to enjoy the internet as much as i used to I feel like i have a cap, I avoid driver updates, youtube and netflix now as i am paranoid of getting throttled. I switch my computer off to avoid any updates I might not know about is this what uncapped is supposed to feel like? I will be moving next month haven't made up my mind where yet
