I recently ported my number across from MTN onto a new Vodacom contract and at the same time got a new iPhone 3Gs. Since doing this I have not been getting any of the usual security SMS's from ABSA when logging into internet banking or adding new accounts etc. I seem to be getting SMS's from everyone else.
Has anyone else experienced this and how was it resolved. Both ABSA & Vodacom just point fingures at each other, but the problem remains that I cannot make any changes to my ABSA details because I don't get the RVNs!
