Sign up with GoogleI have been having issues with the dashboard ver 7 on a dell laptop and the novatel merlin hsdpa card. If i uninstall the vodafone software, the notebook is fine again without any performance issues. When i load the software again, it becomes frustratingly slow especially on applications such as office and even worse when trying to open windows eplorer. Even with the performance issue on the local machine, the card seems fine and the bandwith speeds are quite impressive. Internet explorer works fine and so does other apps like lotus notes.
Has anyone found any issues with the abovementioned card?
I have had the older 3g card before (which worked fine) and got it upgraded. I have obviosly uninstalled and re-installed on many occasions.
Is there perhaps a firmware upgrade available for the card?
Any help/suggestions appreciated (other than reloading windows) !!
