thanks for the link. I'm more than happy with Kingsoft Office for Android, so will give it a try. There are too many irritations in both OpenOffice and LibreOffice.

Which notebooks on that comx site support the installation of Linux rather than Windows? I've just tried 3 and the only option is Windows.
