Novatel 3G card ...

Is there anyone that knows how to comunicate with the diagnostics port (second port) on the Novatel 3G card?

I (like a few others) wrote my own app to "replace" the dashboard, but need to know how read/write the diagnostics port in order to get signal stats etc once connected.

Any help would be appreciated.

With my own experiments I could only read it when NOT connected. Love to know as well ...

there are 2 ports, the one that it actually goes online with, is the one you can pull info from (when offline).

the other port is the diagnostics port, and should be able to give u info even when online, just don't know how
