So essentially the game plan is to try to slow down the infection rate and hope it mutates into a less deadly form

We need to ban travel from China, Korea, Europe and America.
A few countries banned all incoming with 14 day quarantine an option for some. Other countries at least banned travel from high risk countries with epidemic clusters. South Africa, pickup it's nose at the shabeen...

If it's as contagious as its being reported then it's far more likely than not that most will contract it; Irrespective of what any government does to try to slow its spread.

Hence I suggest you stock up your medicine cabinet with pills containing ephedrine as the active ingredient e.g. Pseudoephedrine (Sudafed, Advil CS, .. ) alternatively combination of Ephedrine hydrochloride and Chlorphenamine (Sinuend, ...) -- they're good meds to prevent a worsening of the conditions that lead to bad chest infections / pneumonia and also help to alleviate sinus pain & to suppress coughing. They for me; have always suppressed the worst aspects of the flu.
I’m ****ed. I overreact to those meds.
What about the big whatsapp going around about using Vitamin C?

I think probably 60% of the world politics will contract it but the idea is to slow it down enough to not overwhelm health care systems (ICU).

Researchers are actively working to create a vaccine and effective treatments for it. Slow it down until we can deal with it properly

Anyone here had a directive to avoid contact with customer's, postpone meetings where possible etc. ?

It's just business as usual at our company...

Am I the only one thinking social media and the media in general is making this thing bigger than it is?
Yes it is very dangerous but it seems like such an over reaction for the amount of people dying
( Says me that works from home:p)
But Mr Mila works for a multinational and many people has been sent home to work from home
They have been advised to work shifts. But they forget most people use public transport so if this is going to spread taxi's, buses and trains are going to be stopped.

Maybe I'ts just not close to home yet, but it all feels a bit hysterical.

And by this time next year people (those that have been exposed and recovered) have started building natural immunity to this virus. It wont, in essence be novel anymore.

Mine getting huge group of locals together for briefing/training about Corona......
Moose wants to shout from the top of the dunes...."You idiots, Rule No.1... don't assemble in big groups......

The sheeple are indeed nervous, witch doctors are coming out of the closets.....
