I went to the doctor on Tuesday. Walked in, sat down, hand sanitizer. Got seen to, hand sanitizer. Walked out, hand sanitizer.
Home, soap and water.
For the first time ever I have no sickness. I used to always catch a cold 2 days after visiting that place.
What I did notice was that 40% of people were wearing those stupid ineffective surgical masks.
Most of which were entirely off (pushed below chin) or were worn incorrectly.
Then why did you go to the doctor?

They are attempting to use some vaccines developed for previous corona viruses, due to the similar phylogeny they’re opening it may prove effective.

I wonder when rushing and experimenting with vaccines will give us 'I am Legend'?

Iran's government, for one, is already heavily affected. Several other countries like Italy, France, and now the UK also are going to be affected politically if it is spread among their parliaments.

The spread is one. The other is the economic collapse. There are a significant number of countries in which the governments of the day only remain in place through economic support from Russia or China and so forth . That tap is going to run dry fast.

I’m ****ed. I overreact to those meds.
What about the big whatsapp going around about using Vitamin C?
Vitamin C IMO only results in expensive urine. It's never worked for me as either a way to prevent flu or helped to alleviate any of the flu symptoms.

I've also not found anything else that's as effective as pseudoephedrine; as for alternatives I suggest consulting with either your pharmacist or doctor to see if there are any chemical derivatives that would avoid the overreaction you experience. The ephedrine hydrochloride and chlorphenamine mix is one of the chemical alternatives to pseudoephedrine -- there are probably are a few more; doubt your case is unique.

Well these particular vaccines aren’t rushed, they may just do nothing at all. Based preliminary metagenomics the covid-19 contains similar modes of DNA insertion mechanisms, these vaccines (I believe there are 3), are meant to curtail the ability for insertion thus disabling the viral protein transcription. But yeah whether it’s been successful I don’t know.

Don’t forget Zinc.
Get you vitamins from food.

Stock up on Corenza C in case you get the flu.

So you are NOT a doctor. I just asking so I could know whether to take your advice seriously or not.
I have a doctorate (PhD) in computer science; not medicine.
If don't trust pharmacists; then make an appointment with your doctor.

Vitamin c taken orally can't harm, as long as you keep to the recommended daily dose.
Of course, finding any on the shelves or online at the moment might be problematic.

Anyone here had a directive to avoid contact with customer's, postpone meetings where possible etc. ?

It's just business as usual at our company...
Ditto. One of our directors reckons everyone is overreacting. So off to work with all the infected I go.

Okay I give up - what is the difference in the threat that the UK is excluded from the ban ?
Think about the airlines. They will have to fly more than half empty flights to the US.

I see cancellations coming soon.
