It's how you do it. Posting a large text ad looks spammy and will earn a reporting. Put a link in your sig and no one will bother you.

Random selling and responding to a service request are different.

I maybe wrong but i believe their 1st shipment is a go for early delivery, the below is only for 2nd shipment. I reckon they allocated a certain amount and are doing it in stages. Just a thought.
